A Data Store is a curated collection of information—ranging from uploaded PDFs, webpages, and text files to entire knowledge corpora—that powers your AI Bots in AptlyStar.ai.

Organization vs. Project Scope

  • Organization-Level Data Stores:
Accessible globally across all projects and bots within your organization.
  • Project-Level Data Stores:
Restricted to specific bots or configurations under that project.
Reusable data stores eliminate duplication, reduce costs, and simplify multi-bot integrations. One setup, multiple uses!

  • Chunk Size – Size of each text segment processed by the embedding model.
