How to Use the Conversation Feature on Your Website:

  1. Embed the provided HTML script on your website. Visit this link for instructions.

  2. Start a chat and interact with the bot from your website.

  3. Click on “Conversations” from the left side inside your bot panel from AptlyStar portal and view the list of captured conversations from your website.
