The Canvas is an interactive area where you can engage with your bot by asking queries. It is designed to provide faster and more accurate responses, ensuring an efficient query resolution experience. Additionally, you can view the sources used by the bot to generate its responses, offering enhanced transparency and trust in the information provided.

The Canvas section provides a comprehensive view of the query history for your bot, including detailed records of each query along with the total session count. You also have the option to add your trained data to your bot or skip it.

  • To interact with the bot, navigate to the Canvas section in the left panel.

  • The canvas interface will appear, allowing you to type your query (1) and receive accurate responses (2) in real time. Check the below image for reference:
