The Look tab lets you personalize your bot’s visual design to match your brand identity — making sure it feels right at home on your website or product.

You can control:

  • Background color
  • Font and style
  • Layout and button themes

🛠️ How to Customize Bot Appearance

Open the Look Section

Click on the Look tab (1) from the left panel of your AI Bot console.

Modify Visual Settings

In the center panel:

  • Choose the background color and bot style (2)
  • Enable or disable Text-to-Speech support (3)

Preview & Save

  • Use the preview window (4) to test your visual changes
  • Click Save (5) to apply the new settings
