Feedback Overview: The Feedback feature provides a comprehensive view of all feedback received for the bot. It is accessible from the Agent Menu within your bot console, allowing you to review user responses and assess overall sentiment.

Steps To Test Feedback Feature:

  • Give thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating as per your choice once the bots displays the response.

  • To submit feedback with comment, a pop-up appears after the user gives a thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating. User can add their comments and submit the feedback.

  • All submitted feedback is displayed in the feedback section in the left pannel. Please refer the below image. To view feedback in detail, click “View Feedback.”

  • As per below image, a detailed feedback screen will appear on the right side of the panel.
