It is designed to provide faster and more accurate responses, ensuring an efficient query resolution experience. Additionally, you can view the sources used by the bot to generate its responses, offering enhanced transparency and trust in the information provided.

The Playground section provides a comprehensive view of the query history for your bot, including detailed records of each query along with the total session count.

  • To interact with the bot, navigate to the Playground section in the left panel.

  • The playground interface will appear, allowing you to type your query (1) and receive accurate responses (2) in real time. Check the below image for reference:
