Customize the look and feel of your bot to align with your brand’s visual identity. You can modify various design elements, such as colors, fonts, and layout, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user experience. This level of customization allows your bot to seamlessly integrate with your platform’s aesthetic, enhancing user engagement and maintaining brand consistency.

To customize the appearance of the bot, please refer the below image.

  • Click on the Appearance (1) section located on the left panel of your AI Bot console.

  • The main area in the center displays a range of options for modifying the look and feel of the bot.

  • You can adjust the background color and select the style (2) of the bot.

  • Additionally, there is an option to enable the Text-to-Speech (3) feature.

  • You can preview the final appearance of the bot using the preview option (4) and save your settings by clicking Save (5).
